Dear Ken and Adam,

I first purchased a Wheelchair Hoist from you in 1982 and had good service from it until 2001 when I decided to update to a new one. I still have the old one and it is still working; although like me getting a bit lazy with age. Although my first hoist was used on an irregular basis, I did not fully understand what it meant to me but since moving interstate after getting married four years ago, I fully appreciate it now.

Getting my hoist serviced recently it only took a few days without it for me to realise its full benefit. I estimate that the hoist has been used 10,000 times (no that is not a mistake as I use it every day sometimes up to ten times a day). After a few days of dismantling the chair; wheels on the back seat, footplates on the floor, lifting the frame past me onto the left seat then to reverse the process at my destination, I realised that your hoist as adding years to my life.

In short Ken and Adam, your machine has not only added years to my life, it has allowed me freedom to live a very well and active life that I am sure would otherwise not be possible and there is also the safety factor of this hoist that should not be overlooked.

Dear Ken,

It is now just under three months that I have had the pool hoist operating. It arrived early in January, which was most convenient as our family from Sydney was staying with us. My son-in-law installed it for me with no problems.

I thought that you would be pleased to learn that it helps me greatly getting in and out of the pool. It is simple to operate and after its first six weeks charging, the batteries was very straightforward. Furthermore, I have positions it so that I can service the skimmer box from the pool hoist with out entering the pool.  I can lower myself, on the pool hoist chair, to a few centimetres above the ground. Accessing the skimmer box during the cooler months has become a major problem with my muscle disease.

I wish to compliment you on the concept and design of the pool hoist. I am most grateful to have been able to purchase the equipment from you.
